Since launching the Walking Between Worlds project, we have had a number of requests to buy historic pieces from the Walking Between Worlds Genesis Collection, from those who also want to understand:

  • more about what they are buying when they buy an NFT,
  • how NFTs work and
  • some of the key things to look out for ...

NFTs are based around cryptocurrencies, which are relatively new and rapidly changing the way financial markets are evolving globally. As a result, we understand that your journey into NFTs may also be your first journey into cryptocurrencies - so, firstly, welcome to this new world of transformation.

As a very quick bit of background, the cryptocurrency markets have grown substantially from their inception in 2009, with the release of Bitcoin, to a market that is now worth about $2tr - or around 20% of the gold market globally. There is a process involved in buying NFT and cryptocurrencies, which is a one-off process. Once completed means you will be able to not only buy a piece from the world's first genuine Indigenous generative collection but also to begin your journey of discovery of cryptocurrencies.
